acceptable locationabsent staffincorrect information
the location was acceptable, near the harbor.
there was never anyone at reception. i was unable to speak to anyone about this at all. the fire alarm activated, but no staff offered any information.

inconsistent service marred the stay

The noise at night was a real problem. i could hear loud voices in the hallway at all hours, and it really impacted my sleep. plus, the bed was broken. It wasn't a comfortable experience. the bathroom was also tiny. I had to step into the shower to get to the sink. breakfast not served until 9 am was also not ideal.

The room had a balcony, I loved the cool view. The hotel location is great, and it is so clean. The room was very nice. I would definitely come again. It was a very nice experience!
The bathroom door was very tight. It was hard to open it when you were inside. The fridge was ineffective, I found only a bathroom bin. There was no staff at reception, I noticed many non-residents using the pool.

the LOCATION is fantastic I could walk to many restaurants. a bus stop IS right outside. the included paddle boards were FUN I used them every day.
i noticed the breakfast options were limited

The room was clean. It was comfortable! my room was ready before check-in time. I was let in as i arrived. this was very handy! the room included a nice view of the marine.
The bathroom door couldn't open fully. It was very tight. the fridge didn't work effectively. It wasn't cold. there was no bin, other than in the bathroom.

i enjoyed the kayaking and paddle boards. they were free to use. the location was right in front of the port. i found it amazing to be so close to the water.
the bathroom door was hard to open from inside. it was a tight fit. also, there was no bin in the room, only one in the bathroom.

The room was very clean. the location is right by the marina and offers lovely views among boats and the sea. the pool is nice. It features a bar and restaurant. parking is also available.
