i was happy with the convenient location near transportation. free parking was available a couple of streets away. the staff provided polite service throughout the duration of my stay showing great hospitality.

the street noise was noticeable and i needed to keep the windows closed because of the busy road outside.

The room i had was a bit smaller than i had expected, and the safe wasn't working. It was a very minor thing, really.

the room was clean and it had comfortable beds. all i needed for my work travel was available. i could reach palma's heart within seven minutes by foot.

the building and interior seemed old. they need to modernize practically everything! the floor was in bad condition with broken wood.
