A romantic escape in the heart of everything

I ABSOLUTELY adored the central location, a TRUE asset. Everything I needed was within walking distance, including the metro and airport bus. I found Lami and Maria at reception helpful. Their kindness and insights. The room's size was quite generous too. I appreciated the extra space it afforded.
The wifi was unreliable, a minor inconvenience that I hope they resolve soon..

the location was convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions. the room was modern and spacious. the staff was available when i needed assistance.
the reception closes early at 6pm. i arrived later than that. i was locked outside as i did not receive the security codes by email. the room wasn't cleaned during my three nights. i complained but nothing happened. they said cleaning happens until 11am, but i left my room at 10:15am each day.

a totally awesome stay!

the location was fabulous. i was super close to everything i wanted to see! the staff, especially maria, were so sweet and helpful. she gave amazing recommendations and made everything easy. the rooms was clean and spacious, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud.
the only super tiny thing was i wished there was a full-length mirror in the room and not just in the bathroom. it was very very minor!

my room included a bathtub and a shower with wonderful water pressure. the room offered a safe, a small fridge, and a kettle for making tea. bedside lamps were also present for easy reading at night. i loved it.
