i found location very convenient. staff was always attentive, i appreciated it. they was always quick to assist. the welcome drink at the sister hotel was a nice treat, i enjoyed it a lot.
i notice the soundproofing wasn't perfect, i heard some noise from corridor at times, it was annoying.

my small double room had functional furniture. i noted a nespresso machine with provided capsules. the bed was comfortable. a rainfall shower was available, i liked it a lot.

I found the location amazing, right downtown and near many key spots. i loved the welcome treat of pastel de nata and also the complimentary coffee and water. i appreciated the room safe and coffee station. It was so useful.
i noticed soundproofing in the room could use improvement, as i heard some noise from the corridor sometimes.

The location was convenient. I found a coffee machine and a kettle in my room! The iron was useful. A safe was also in the room.
The room doors were thin! I could hear the cleaning staff in the morning.

the bathroom was small, feeling quite cramped, even for a city hotel.
