helpful owner clean room tidy room

i found the owner to be so friendly and kind. the location is good for exploring. he was really helpful, the room was clean and tidy. a lounge was available with a fridge and microwave for guest use.

The on-site parking was a significant advantage. staff members were very helpful upon arrival. the proximity to key locations was convenient. It was a short distance to where i needed to be and not far from the city center. the environment was quiet.

the decor looked slightly outdated, perhaps a refresh would enhance the overall experience.

the bus into town was frequent at least.

The room felt quite dated, the decor was pretty old and could use some updating. I think some cobwebs were in the bathroom too.
