A Stay with Definite Issues

The promised hot water in the shower did not exist . I contacted the provided number, yet I received no immediate assistance. The issue was supposedly resolved the following day, but it was too late for the discomfort I experienced. This lack of basic amenities is unacceptable, especially considering the expectation of a private bathroom.
