FANTASTIC stay!
perfect location super clean room very nice comfort excellent assistance
The location was GREAT! The hotel is within a short walk to everything. The room was super clean, and the bed offered very nice comfort. The reception staff were AMAZING and provided excellent assistance.
The air conditioning made a slight noise, although it did not impact my sleep.

There is an associated Savoy restaurant. It employs excellent chefs. The restaurant provides a good culinary experience. I would visit it again to further explore its amazing dishes.

The facility has a functional washer and dryer. This was definitely useful during my extended stay. It allowed me to pack light and keep my clothes fresh throughout my travels.

The hotel is centrally situated and VERY accessible. Both train stations are a short walk away. This makes travel to and from the hotel convenient. The location is superb!!!

a good stay in a historic place

I found the location to be awesome. the front desk was very helpful. They assisted me in finding a lovely restaurant. i appreciated the early check in and late check out times. Both were fantastic.
The room had very few places to charge my phone. There were only two, including the bathroom.

The hotel had a restaurant on-site, called savoy. Its cooks are excellent. the reception staff, especially andrea, were very kind and friendly. there is a rear entrance plus a front entrance.

The room was nice and neat. it had push button control windows for blocking light. i liked that the room included a tub. This seems a rare feature in european hotels.

the location was very central. staff stored our bikes and held our baggage until our flight. the reception staff was generally clean and helpful.
my room was small. it had just one electric outlet located in the middle of the bed. i slept with a laptop and phone being charged in the middle of the bed..

central location friendly staff noisy bathroom old towels
the location was good for visiting the city. i also found the room clean. the staff was friendly too.
The air conditioning could not be directed. the bathroom was noisy. the towels looked old.
