The self check-in process worked smoothly. I received a text detailing the necessary codes. the team happily stored my luggage when i asked, even offering to take it to my room (charming gesture!). reaching them by mobile was easy, and they arrived in less than five minutes.
the shower had visible staining, which gave an impression of uncleanliness. i think a replacement would significantly improve the bathroom experience.

The shower was terribly stained. It needs immediate attention. also, there wasn't any staff present. i wanted to leave my suitcase after checkout, a common service i expect. however, the lack of a reception area made it impossible. Repeated calls to the provided numbers went unanswered. i had to pay for luggage storage elsewhere. this added both cost and inconvenience to my plans.

The rooms were clean, and the self-check-in process was smooth. The location is AMAZING!!! for central access. The train station is just a short walk. I was grateful for the provided fans, which helped with the heat.
The hotel lacked a staffed desk. It was not possible to leave my luggage after checkout. I had to find storage elsewhere.

the blagrave rooms made it easy after the concert. i found single rooms, self contained and reasonably priced. i booked in easily via mobile text, and that arrangement worked well for me. the access system felt simple and flexible.
the bathroom light didn't work . also, hooks on the room and bathroom doors would really help. i did notice pub yard noise early in the morning, but thats not surprising.
