convenient stay near the station
room upgradetrain stationoutdated decor
the staff kindly let me check in early. the room upgrade was a welcome surprise after a long journey. i also appreciated the proximity to the train station, a short walk simplifying my commute.
i noticed that the room decor seemed a bit outdated. the carpet didn't feel particularly great underfoot and had a hard texture. also, the early check-out time felt somewhat inconvenient.

I found the staff so helpful! They were polite and kind. The room had high ceilings and was large. The bed was very comfortable too.
The carpet seemed a little outdated. Walking on it was not very pleasant. I also noticed the toilet was positioned quite low.

the hotel provided off street parking. a very nice welcome and really good service were provided. i found the price to be excellent. i will definitely stay here when i am in the area.
the carpet in the room did not feel good to walk on. the decor seemed outdated. the early check out time was inconvenient, as most places allow until 11 am.

The hotel benefits from its location. It is a short walk to reading west station. the proximity to shops and cafes on oxford road, literally at the end of the road, greatly adds to its convenience. it is close to many facilities.

The staff were helpful. They were polite. excellent reception service was provided. i appreciated the thoughtfulness of the staff. The fan in the room was very welcome given the warm weather . it was spotlessly clean.

The decor was outdated. The carpet wasn't good to walk on. Very hard floor, really! the room was cold. also, the toilet was very low down.
