fabulous staff amazing breakfast clean room
my room was nice, i really liked that it was clean and tidy. staff members were fabulous. the breakfast was the best i've had in a hotel, it tasted amazing.

the hotel has comprehensive written information about local facilities it helps a lot with the exploration. the hotel looks unimpressive from the outside but it is very comfortable and clean inside. overnight parking is available, it is cash only.

handy location tasty breakfast
I had a four-night stay. The location is handy for walking to Kelvingrove Park, the university area, and the city center. Comprehensive written information about local facilities was available. The breakfast was large and tasty. It sustained me for a day of sightseeing.
My room needed better soundproofing. I could easily hear other guests through the wall! This meant I was woken up by snoring through the night. Sound insulation between rooms would help.

helpful tips good size sound proofing clean smell
the receptionist, alan, greeted me upon arrival. he provided helpful tips about nearby local spots. the room was a good size, and i found the bed excellent.
the room lacked sufficient sound proofing. i heard other guests through the wall easily. the bedding didnt smell CLEAN.

helpful staff ample storage
The location was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful . I found a biscuit and hot chocolate in my room. There was also plenty of storage space available.
There are about six steps up to the front door.

i appreciated the excellent location near the university the walk through the park was really beautiful. the spacious bathroom had all i needed
