wide varietyhelpful staff
the location was amazing and i could walk to everything i wanted to see!!! breakfast had a wide variety of options and the front desk staff were always so helpful with directions and recommendations. they even helped load our suitcases into the car!!!
the hotel stated it had air conditioning, but it only operates during certain times of the year. this felt a little misleading because it was quite warm.

clear directionsthoughtful gesture
The front desk team provided excellent service, offering clear directions. They even assisted with loading suitcases into the car before i left (a thoughtful gesture!).
There are around ten steps up into the hotel, i found that difficult to climb with large suitcases.

the location was close to via garibaldi and the duomo. the staff was helpful, providing directions to nearby parking. our room was large and comfortable, with good soundproofing so i slept really well!
There were no pictures on the walls. It felt a bit plain.
