The staff were attentive to requests. I asked for directions to a good local takeaway and received helpful advice. The room had good heating. I found it warm and clean. Decaf coffee was available upon request, a nice touch.
The room showed its age. I found the furnishings old. The quality wasn't great.

the reception is open twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, really useful. the team members were friendly and also happy to help with things i needed, which i thought was great. the staff was polite.
