breakfast selection accommodating staff city center location
the breakfast selection included cereal and toast. a cooked breakfast with many options was also available! the staff at reception was accommodating. i found the location excellent for accessing the city center.

varied options friendly staff efficient process
The breakfast had many options. It included fresh fruit and pastries. The staff were cute upon arrival. They offered assistance with my luggage and provided helpful information about local attractions. The check-in process was efficient, and I was in my room quickly.
The elevator was a bit slow.

My room included a large bed with soft linens. A tv offered many channels. The bathroom had fresh towels and toiletries readily available. (I felt very pampered).

excellent building original details great location
the building was excellent it featured original architectural details i found the room to be large and open the location was great
i noticed white lights in the room's chandelier they made it feel somewhat clinical

Wonderful Stay for a Special Occasion
great location original features helpful staff
I am grateful I booked two rooms for one night in May. My future daughter-in-law and her bridesmaids used the rooms to prepare for her wedding. The hotel is in a lovely part of the west end. It is near great shops, restaurants, and venues.
The hotel had no lift. I was not offered help carrying my luggage up the stairs. It would have been kind to receive assistance with my bags.

The owners and staff were helpful from start to finish. They could not have done more for the bridal party. They accommodated the hairdresser, make up artists, and other wedding preparation needs and nothing was too much to ask.

Each room had two large double beds and lots of space. The large windows provided fantastic light for photographs. Several wedding guests stayed at the hotel. They were equally delighted.

The location is right in the loveliest part of the west end. It is close to great shops, restaurants, and venues. The building is full of original features, like fireplaces, a wonderful staircase and a beautiful glass cupola.

The outside of the hotel is beautiful with an original entrance. It is in a lane free of through-traffic and surrounded by greenery and mature trees. This area is great for outside photos.

Several wedding guests stayed in the hotel and were equally delighted. The breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious. I am grateful for the hotel providing a wonderful start to a special occasion.

friendly staff easy access walking distance old bathroom little furniture large room
The staffs weres very friendly, and they went out they way to helping. The location had easy access into city center. It was within walking distance of restaurants and shops.
The facilities like bathroom was old. It needed a update. The room be large with little furniture so it felt caverness.
