the location suited me perfectly. i found the staff very friendly and always willing to help with directions. the room was clean and well kept. i appreciated the availability of extra pillows to ensure a comfortable sleep.
the vending machine in the lobby was out of order .

the location was central. pubs and restaurants were very close by. the train and bus stations are a short walk from the hotel. the 12pm checkout was useful.
the main light in my room wasn't working. the mattress felt a little lumpy. i did pay a small amount so it was fine. i needed better pillows.

The location was excellent. It was very close to many shops, pubs, and restaurants. The room was basic, but very clean. I found the bed comfortable and the shower great.
The walls were thin (I could hear my neighbors). They were playing music all night. When I asked them to turn it down, I was verbally abused. There was no shampoo, only a foam soap dispenser.

the room size was decent. bringing the dog did not feel cramped at all. reception staff seemed very friendly. the bed and pillows were pretty comfy. i appreciated that.
cleaners made a lot of noise early in the morning. i woke up around 6:30 am due to the disturbance. the noise continued from outside the hotel too.
