acceptable breakfastsmall roomunhelpful staff
the breakfast was acceptable.
The room i had was small and too hot for sleeping. A tiny fan was the only solution. also, some staff ignored me at the bar for 15 minutes, and i was questioned for not going to the bar.

Really good Hospitality and Cleanliness

twin setuphigh standardsexcellent choices
My room featured a twin setup that suited my needs perfectly. I observed that the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness throughout its premises. Breakfast offered excellent choices (I liked the porridge).

rude stafftasteless food
The breakfast was very disappointing, and i never received the coffee and tea i requested. the food was bare and tasteless. Simple hot breakfast items would have been much better. the staff, except for one receptionist, were rude and dismissive. it was not a positive experience.

an acceptable stay with notable drawbacks

the breakfast included fresh ingredients. it was certainly adequate.
the room i booked a double room felt quite small. the space to put my things was limited. dinner proved disappointing with excessively small portions. the cost didn't justify the quality of the meal.

totally impressed!

friendly staffsmile receptioncontinental breakfastuncomfortable bed
I found the staff to be super friendly! sofia welcomed us with a big smile, she. Nothing was too much trouble for her. the breakfast had plenty of options, both cooked and continental selections were available! the night porter gave great directions to my room and the bar!
The leak in my initial room was a bummer. I was moved to another room but its bed wasn't as comfortable. it woke me up at 3 am.
