front desk servicethin wallsmissing coffee machine
the front desk service was acceptable.
The bed proved uncomfortably firm. i noticed the walls were constructed very thin, and external noises were audible. a coffee machine was absent from the room. Only capsules were present.

the staff was lovely and always ready to help. breakfast had plenty of options and fresh items. i found the proximity to public transport quite convenient.
the bathroom size was a bit small. it felt a little cramped.

My comfort double room included a modern bathroom with a shower. the room also featured a well-lit desk, ideal for working. daily housekeeping kept everything super clean. It was very efficient.

The breakfast had many choices. I guess that's something.
the walls were so thin! i could hear everything. the lack of soundproofing was a real bummer, and the pillows were super flat. i might as well have slept on a pancake.
