the reception allowed an early check-in it was very helpful. the room was clean and the high ceiling gave more space. staff were very helpful and friendly i appreciated that.
the external noise was noticeable i could hear everything from outside. the windows did not fully open as intended. the pillows were not very comfortable for sleeping.

the location offered excellent access to key attractions. the room was a good size and very clean. i appreciated the helpful staff, especially when i needed to store my bags before checking in to my next accommodation.
the walls felt quite thin. i could hear my neighbors very clearly when they were active early in the morning, and this made it difficult to sleep.

The wifi was unreliable. It kept disconnecting. there was no air conditioning, and the room was quite warm at night. the noise from the street was noticeable even with the windows closed.

the location was really central! it was also easy to reach all the main spots, a big plus. the room included a sofa and that was nice, especially after long days of exploring.
My room lacked air conditioning. It was a one-bedroom apartment and it got quite warm, especially during the day. the absence of hand towels was also a slight inconvenience! i had to use bath towels instead.
