a lovely stay!

I adored the central location. It was wonderfully convenient for exploring. the staff greeted me with such warmth and attentiveness, i felt so cared for. breakfast on the top floor was an absolute DREAM with its unparalleled view, a memory i'll always cherish.
The wi-fi signal was sometimes weak in the room. I needed to work from the lobby a bit.

The staff was really cute and helpful, even assisting with warming baby milk each night. the location is excellent. I walked to the main town square easily. the triple room i stayed in was spacious, and the bathroom suited my family very well. It was a stress-free time.
The air conditioning in the room could have been better. It wasn't as effective as i hoped.

i found my room quite clean. the breakfast buffet presented many choices and options. the staff was always available and accommodating. i also found the location very convenient to access many local attractions.
the air conditioning in my room was quite loud. it made sleeping a little difficult at times. i wish it was more quiet.

The reception staff was helpful when I needed directions.
The air conditioning barely worked. I reported it several times but received no solution. The room had a stale smell upon arrival that did not dissipate . The outdated furniture showed significant wear and tear.
