The staff was very friendly. Ahmed, in particular, was very kind and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet included different varieties of food daily (I enjoyed this a lot). The cleaning team did a marvelous job.
My room lacked a duvet. I only had a very thin blanket (this made sleeping difficult). The shower head was leaking. Water leaked from the shower cabin into the bathroom, going under the sink.

the hotel's cleanliness impressed me.!! the lobby was super clean and cute, and my room was perfectly prepared, i really liked the crisp, white sheets that smelled fresh, additionally, the bathroom was sparkling clean. the reception team was attentive and provided great suggestions for a dinner spot nearby and helped me make a reservation!!!
there was no shampoo or body wash in the containers in the shower in the room, that wasn't great!!! i had to ask twice to get them so it took a while, and that was an inconvenience.

ventilation was a problem, a bad smell CAME from the toilet. the hotel staff DIDN'T do anything, and our room wasn't cleaned, although we kept the sign on the door.
