i needed a last-minute break and this b&b was perfect. rob and tanya are great hosts. the breakfast was its usual very high standard. the price was great for a weekend stay.

i found rob and tanya to be wonderful hosts. the hosts were very accommodating to all our needs.
the room was smaller than i had anticipated , made navigating our luggage a bit tricky it wasn't a major issue but something to be aware of for future stays we still managed to enjoy our time

the location is very convenient near a bus stop allowing travel around the lake district. i found it a short walk from the train station, about ten minutes. it is also just around the corner from the town's main street. the room provided windows that opened fully, thus it kept the space cool during warm days.
the parking lot is located across the street, it requires payment.
