weak pressure thin towels
The room felt smaller than advertised. The air conditioning barely worked. It was more like a fan. The shower pressure was weak. I had to wait ages for any hot water at all. The towels were also quite thin and scratchy.

the bed feels wonderfully comfortable, its like a soft cloud embracing me after each day. liliana, she greets me with such kindness, always ready with information and a sweet smile. its just a short, gentle walk to the metro and the tram, so i traveled with ease.
my room feels rather small, like a cozy but tiny sanctuary. i did miss some things, like a hairdryer to tame my hair after a long day of exploring. the neighborhood feels a bit uneasy at night, especially on my solitary walks back.

kind staff quiet room
The staff was KIND. They answered my questions quickly. The location near public transport made getting around very EASY. I also liked that the room was quiet at NIGHT. The air conditioning worked, so I could adjust the temperature to my preference.
The room was SMALL, a little inconvenient.

the location was fine, it was close to transport.
The room was small, i felt cramped the entire time. there was No fridge in the room, SO keeping drinks cold was impossible. air conditioning only worked for heating. I needed it to cool the room down.

Clean and Convenient Stay
clean room comfortable bed convenient location public transport
I found the room clean after it was renovated. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. The AC unit provided warmth in the winter and I only needed to ask for a restart once. The hotel located is near tram, bus, and metro lines and I found many coffee shops and grocery stores nearby.
I noticed some dampness in the room. The linens even felt a bit wet.
