I found the staff friendly and helpful. the location was great. It was right next to the rialto bridge. staff provided efficient instructions on how to get to the hotel. This helped because i often lose my way. reception gave clear instructions on using the entrance code. This was very clear.
The walls were very thin. I heard the person next door. the shower was too SMALL.

the hotel has a reception desk open until 7:30 PM. storing luggage was possible there, and staff let me store drinks in the fridge. breakfast was unavailable at the hotel.

The location was very handy to many shops and eateries. Venetian style furnishings add to the local experience. Staff was helpful plus accommodating. I found the room was ready for me even though I arrived before check in time.
The room was small and the cleaning could be improved.

I found the staff really efficient with directions to the place. Upon arrival, the reception showed me how to use the entrance code. I could easily reach the Rialto Bridge and St Marco Piazza within a short walk. A supermarket nearby was convenient.

the location was excellent. it was close to the rialto bridge. the staff provided clear instructions for operating the entrance code (this was really helpful). the location made it easy to reach st marco piazza within 20 minutes.
the walls seemed quite thin. i could hear sounds from the neighboring room clearly. the shower space was also small (i felt a bit cramped). i sometimes struggled to move comfortably.
