a haven near the university

convenient location clean room attentive staff

The hotel's proximity to the leeds beckett university headingley campus suited my needs perfectly. reaching the city centre was also straightforward via a short bus journey. The bus stop sits only metres from the hotel. my room provided a clean setting. i found parking available on site.

during my stay, i found no lift available, the stairs felt quite steep. this situation made moving luggage difficult. i advise potential guests to inquire about ground floor rooms to avoid this issue.

charming stay!

ample spaces room cleanliness fantastic restaurant

i found the free car park quite convenient with ample spaces available i easily parked my vehicle and entered the building i appreciated the room's cleanliness and the bed's comfort i also found the on-site restaurant to be fantastic, a real treat after a long day.

the walls seemed a bit thin and i could hear some noise from the hallway.

amazing service comfy room coffee facilities

my double room was super clean. the customer service was amazing. i found the room to be quite comfy and the free tea and coffee making facilities were a welcome addition. this hotel seemed like a second home to me.
