Okay Stay, but Room Issues

I was not entirely thrilled with my room. The air conditioning barely worked. I needed it especially as the weather was hot. The shower was ridiculously small. It was hard to move around in it. It was frustrating. I hope they fix it before the next guest arrives (i really do).

Really good Stay in the Heart of the City

The location proved convenient. I found it near key amenities. I enjoyed the proximity to the bus station. Our room was clean, with fresh towels provided daily. I appreciated the convenience of leaving our bags after checkout.
The air conditioning in our room was not adjustable, a slight inconvenience.

The receptionist was especially helpful, she offered excellent restaurant recommendations. The breakfast staff were very friendly. The hotel provides valet service (it costs 15 euros and day) through a neighboring hotel.

I found the staff super cute and always happy to assist, it made such a difference! the breakfast had a nice variety and the facilities were very clean. Thanks to the cleaning ladies. my room even had a very good hair dryer. This was convenient as i could style my hair with it.
the room felt a little small! i would have loved a bit more space to move around comfortably.

the hotel is very close to the bus station, about a three to four minute walk! it is located right in front of the local bus stop, and you can reach the old town by crossing the street, that's very convenient.

the reception staff were friendly and helpful , this made such a positive impact. they were always ready to assist with directions, recommendations, and any requests i had, even late at night.

My room had a balcony that overlooked a small square and allowed lots of light in. It was bright. the room included free water and other beverages in the fridge, along with tea and coffee making facilities which i greatly appreciate.

The breakfast had a varied and tasty selection (i especially liked the coffee).
My room was quite small and rather basic. The tv did not work and i found the hallways noisy, even late at night. It was difficult to relax, to be honest.

i was disappointed with the air conditioning. it could not be adjusted to a comfortable temperature. this made it hard to sleep well (i needed to open a window).
