The location was fantastic. I found a supermarket and several restaurants close by. the beach, promenade, and shopping centers were also easily accessible. i appreciated that the area between los cristianos and playa de las americas wasn't too hilly.
I noticed that the cooking stove wasn't working properly. I had to use a freestanding stovetop that was rather uncomfortable. some sockets also did not work, a bit inconvenient. the toilet also caused some problems, as i had to use a pot of water to flush it.

The studio balcony room had everything necessary and was very clean upon arrival, i saw the option to have it cleaned every second day. The room had a full equipped kitchenette and a hairdryer.

The pool bar offered a great variety of drinks and snacks, and happy hour cocktails were available. There was a nice restaurant across the road with mostly spanish restaurants. i appreciated the lovely staff at the pool bar.

The hotel definitely shows its age. The furniture looked worn and tired , especially the sofa , it had visible signs of wear. The kitchen equipment seemed outdated. I missed having a proper oven. Also , the noise from nearby establishments at night made it difficult to sleep.

the location is quite convenient for exploring nearby attractions. it took me only a few minutes to walk to the beach from the hotel. i also found a supermarket just a short distance away, it made getting supplies easy. the staff were lovely.
the television had no channels in english. it was a slight inconvenience.

I appreciated the supermarket being very near. This made getting supplies EASY. Restaurants were also close. The location between Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas was beneficial because it wasn't too hilly. The luggage room worked well.

the reception staff displayed an excellent helpful attitude . the provided towel robes gave a touch of luxury. a selection of complimentary drinks was awaiting in the fridge, that was a lovely touch. the private balcony offered a nice space to relax and enjoy the weather.
i noticed some very small ants in the kitchen area, this was very slight issue.

the location is GOOD, as the main area is only ten minutes away. the beach is within an easy walk. a supermarket is very near, around two minutes away, convenient.

The arrival package had some nice touches. the location proved convenient, being within walking distance of the beach and various establishments. alina at reception was amazing. She assisted me with all my needs. the hotel provided good value for the price.
The walls are thin. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms. also, the wi-fi connectivity was inconsistent and required frequent restarts.

The room had what I needed, and it was clean upon my arrival. I requested a fan at reception, and they provided it quickly. The staff was lovely, particularly those at the pool bar. There were always sun loungers available, so I could relax by the pool.
The balcony sliding glass door didn't lock, so I wedged furniture against it for security.
