awesome stay!!!
helpful staffcomfortable bedlovely showercommunal area
the staff were SO lovely and helpful!!! i arrived before check-in and they had a luggage room where i could store my bags. the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was also lovely!!! the room was bigger than i expected. the ground floor had a communal area with a 24/7 bar, a pool table, various games, a tv, seating areas, vending machines, and a room with live music.

the room was super spacious and clean, a surprise. soap and towels were available. i found the beds comfortable in my family room. there was a tv for entertainment.

there is a kids' corner for playing. breakfast included jams, cheese, ham, yoghurts, and muesli. hot dishes like boiled eggs and pancakes were available. there's a bus stop right outside!!!

Underwhelming Stay, Some Issues Need Attention

The bathroom cleanliness was a real letdown. I saw grime and buildup in the shower. The temperature was hard to regulate. the noise at night was disturbing. It sounded like other guests were partying and not being considerate of others trying to sleep. I would have liked a quieter stay.

the family room was spacious and super clean equipment was modern and practical everything was well prepared i found the staff very helpful and kind they were always available to answer questions. the breakfast was delicious a large variety was available i could surely eat and not be hungry anymore.
the charger port beside the head did not work

perfect locationquick tramsimple breakfastreasonable price
the location worked out perfectly for needing a spot outside the city center. parking my car was easy and i didn't need the eco badge that is required in the city center. it was a quick walk to the tram, which took me to alexanderplatz quickly. breakfast was simple, it matched the price of the hotel so everything was ok!!!

The family room i stayed in was large and spacious. There was more than enough room for everyone. the bathroom included all necessary amenities and was cleaned daily by the staff. Everything was super clean. the beds were ok!!!
