lovely stay with a view
convenient location helpful staff
The location was convenient , being very close to the glacier express gondola. i appreciated that it gave easy access to the entire ski area. the front desk staff was really good . Lucie offered amazing recommendations and assistance.
the room lighting was insufficient , with only dim bedside lamps available. this made it difficult to see clearly inside the room.

matterhorn view breakfast option range wellness shower
the room had a balcony facing the matterhorn. breakfast had many options. the hotel provided a shower in the wellness area after skiing.
the carpet in the room looked a bit old.

the staff trained well to meet customer needs . lucy from australia provided excellent recommendations for dinner and a scenic walk near the five lakes. she also helped with train arrangements, a amazing service.

the breakfast room features nice views. a generous buffet offers high-quality selections. i could request special coffees like latte macchiato and fresh omelets prepared in the kitchen. the breakfast was an added bonus.

Fair experience at the location
ski lift breakfast selection old carpet poor lighting
The hotel location was beneficial for accessing the main ski lift. Breakfast offered a satisfactory selection, so I started my days well.
My room seemed quite dated. The carpet looked like it had been there for a long time. I found the lighting in my room inadequate too. Super old curtains didn't help.
