Excellent Transit Experience!!!
prompt check-in friendly staff great food
Check-in was quick and the staff were friendly. The dedicated attendant for the nap room and bathrooms was very kind. The food tasted great, and the area was quiet. I had a very restful stay in a relaxing atmosphere.

charging facility acceptable food
facility IS useful to recharge devices. Food was acceptable. I experienced an EXCELLENT shower with a great choice of food.
walls DO NOT reach the ceiling. This means you can hear every noise, which feels much like a dorm. It really wasn't what i HOPED for.

staff WERE attentive. They were helpful with all requests. This CONTRIBUTED to a smooth experience. I got what i needed at all times.

the location was convenient near the butterfly garden.
the noise from boarding announcements persisted ALL night it made resting difficult.
