the staff was friendly and helpful! the food selection was decent and the room had enough space for me to get some work done. the easy check-in process was efficient, though the staff member could have been a little more friendly.
the arrangement was quite noisy, it made it hard to sleep well. i could hear every sound from other guests and tannoy announcements occurred all night long. breakfast was pretty poor, and the dining room was messy and not very clean.

I found the buffet convenient, with choices that helped save money on food. The shower room was helpful after a long flight. The front desk staff was polite and willing to assist me. I appreciated their understanding .
Noise was a slight issue, and i could hear sounds of opening and closing drawers.

the location inside the terminal was very convenient. i got a solid amount of sleep. food was nice, especially the ice cream. there was also a good selection of reading materials available.
the check-in process was slow. i arrived late at night and only one staff member was available. this resulted in a wait of almost 45 minutes, which cut into my short stay.

i was not happy with the noise levels , as it was easy to hear everything happening around me. it was hard to relax or sleep well. the noise from other guests and work being done nearby.
