Decent Stay with a Couple of Issues
great location outdoor pool necessary room cold apartment poor wifi open window
The location was great. It was near a beautiful beach. The rooms had everything I needed, though the pots and pans were not suitable for long cooking. I particularly appreciated the outdoor covered swimming pool.
My apartment was very spacious, but it was also very cold upon arrival. It seems the heating had been turned off and the windows were slightly open. The WiFi was not very good in the Village area.

this place is fantastic! the pools were so clean. the gardens look very nice and green. the apartments were large and had everything i needed for cooking a meal. the tv even had many english channels!

a dreamy family escape
many pools quick walk musical entertainment good veranda
there were many swimming pools suitable for different age groups. a quick walk led us to the beach where nature's beauty unfolded. activities and music entertained both kids and adults plus bars and restaurants were available. the sea view from our veranda was good worth the extra cost especially while dining and relaxing.
the wi-fi connection in some areas of the hotel was sometimes unstable impacting my ability to work remotely but it wasn't that bad

lacking terrace access unsympathetic staff
The pools were great. There were various restaurants on the premises.
I booked early, specifying a two-bed seaview apartment with terrace access, as someone in my family has mobility issues. Upon arrival, the assigned apartment lacked direct terrace access. The reception staff was unsympathetic, stating they could not accommodate the request (quite a disappointment).

multiple pools fair prices loud music nighttime entertainment
The grounds were beautiful. The mini market offered a good selection at fair prices. Multiple pools provided a great choice. Sunbeds were always available.
The nighttime entertainment was noisy. Music played loudly until after 11 pm. I found that the noise made it hard for young children to sleep. Some music continued until around 10, that was still difficult.
