The location was convenient to transport and attractions.

My room was quite disappointing. The toilet seat was broken, sliding from side to side. There were also multiple flies present, and a strange smell permeated the room. I also found that the beds were of a lower quality than I expected.

The location provided easy access to the railway station, which aided my travel. I found the air conditioning to be effective, it maintained a consistent temperature in the room. Daily room cleaning services ensured the room was consistently super clean and tidy.

The lack of tea or coffee facilities in the room proved inconvenient as i prefer to have these available.

The air conditioning was quite noisy and it cycled on and off all night. the walls were also pretty thin. I could hear my neighbors talking and even snoring. it made it hard to get a decent night's sleep, really.

I found the staff very kind and helpful. The hotel is quite close to the city center. The room and bathroom were spacious (I seemed like I was in a palace!).

The room was very small for two people to stay comfortably (I almost hit my head on the wall!).
