tidy room great location parking availability
I liked the room I got. It was a Beautiful Double or Twin Room, and it felt very tidy. The location helped because I could walk to shops nearby, and parking was available for me. I find this useful.
The room felt very small, a problem when you are traveling and have large suitcases.

some issues
small room inconvenient breakfast
the bed was fine (i slept well enough).
The room size was disappointing. It felt quite cramped for two people with luggage. also, the breakfast arrangement was inconvenient. I had to leave early for a tour, yet breakfast wasn't available early enough. i ended up buying breakfast elsewhere, even though i had already paid for it here.

charming stay
great location generous size fluffy towels
the location was a definite plus, near plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. my room, a family room private bathroom, had generous size. the towels were very fluffy (i actually loved them).
the parking area access was via a very narrow lane.

convenient city center location noticeable room humidity
the location to the city center was acceptable and convenient.
I find the room wasn't super clean. There was a noticeable humidity when i first went inside it.

The location is very central, close to many restaurants. The host offered helpful advice on what to see in the city. Breakfast was good.
My room was not super clean. I noticed a humidity smell upon arrival. The shower water temperature was inconsistent.
