great stay!
spacious room ample storage efficient system nice coffee machine
the room was spacious and very tidy. storage space was ample for all my belongings. i found the no-contact system efficient and straightforward. i also appreciated the coffee machine, especially in the mornings.
the cameras throughout the hotel felt a little too present.

the hotel offered secure storage for bikes and motorcycles, a definite plus for some travellers. off-street parking added convenience, it ensured easy access. daily housekeeping was a noticeable and appreciated service.

Communication proved prompt and helpful. They were fast and friendly in answering questions. support was offered when needed, addressing concerns efficiently. i found staff were helpful and attentive during interactions.

A coffee and tea station existed in the room. I found this convenient. cookies were provided, they offered a small treat. the espresso machine was a nice addition to the room!!!

mixed feelings about this stay
the location was good and close to the city center (about a 10-minute walk).
the room was quite cold, and the heating didn't seem to be very effective. the bathroom especially lacked heating, so showering was unpleasant.

the location was easy to find. parking was convenient.
the single room felt small. a significant portion of the room had a sloping roof. the bathroom roof showed early signs of black mould.
