The room offered a kitchenette equipped with a stove, fridge, and bottle opener. This was very convenient. front desk staff were friendly to me. i appreciated the early access to my room because of the rain.
I found no 'do not disturb' sign in my room. This could be added. the heating and air conditioning system were not functioning well. This needs fixing. the breakfast selection could include more options.

university access convenient location friendly staff
i appreciated the hotel's location, it was a short walk to the university. tram line 1 was close and provided easy access to other parts of the area. the staff was friendly and ready to assist with any questions.
the breakfast was acceptable, but some additional choices could improve it.

clean room useful kitchenette public transport passes friendly staff
The room was very clean upon arrival I appreciated that the kitchenette had everything needed for a short stay. I found the public transport passes available at the front desk helpful I also used the functioning radiator for heat. The staff was responsive.
The furniture was a bit aging in my room
