convenient and clean

the room was clean, and the bed was quite soft. i found complimentary water and cola in the fridge, a nice touch. the late checkout was helpful for my travel plans. the staff worked hard to provide ample refreshments in the room.
the window in my room did not close correctly.

the hotel has easy access to nearby transportation. it is also near to various shops and some local attractions. you can also access several restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets within a short walk, and this makes it easy to grab a bite or purchase some groceries.

nice showernon working heating
the bathroom shower was nice.
The heating did not work . It was november. the room was really cold, and I found this unacceptable.

welcome snacksbathroom moldmissing cupboards
welcome snacks and drinks were provided and proved satisfactory for children.
the bathroom had lots of mold. there were no cupboards to store belongings, so everything had to be placed on the floor. i found this unacceptable.
