the location was definitely the best part. it offered a short walk to a park. it was also very close to bus stops and tube stations. the staff tried their best to assist with any queries.
i had no person to contact in case of an emergency. the hook holding up the shower was broken. the hand basin in the shower room had no plug. i ran out of toilet paper. the room was not serviced, so i had the same towel and sheets.

i found several dark hairs throughout the hotel. the bed throw and dress pillows seemed unwashed. this indicates a lack of attention to cleanliness.

The stairway area from the main door to the room was a bit tired.

The location was great. It was right by hyde park. the room included all necessary amenities. the place was clean and i felt secure there. check-in was very easy and smooth. I appreciated that a lot.

The hotel had very thin walls between rooms. I heard neighbours' normal conversations.
