The staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged a taxi pickup from the airport, it was very convenient! I enjoyed the Terrace breakfast very much, it had lovely views. The location was great, and it was easy to walk to main attractions. It was close to the waterfront, good food, and Stone Town sites.
The water bottles provided in the room were quite small. this was only a minor inconvenience.

My room included air conditioning and a fan. It was very comfortable. Daily cleaning ensured fresh towels and bedding, I appreciated that. The decor had a nice Indian touch, it added charm.

Breakfast featured varied options. Pamela offered kindness, nice! The rooftop setting for breakfast provided scenic views. The atmosphere was serene.

The general manager offered valuable advice, that was really helpful. The reception was available 24/7, providing support. Staff swiftly addressed any issues. I had amazing service.
