i appreciate the super clean room and lobby upon arrival they were very well-kept. the front desk staff gave helpful tips about using the ferry to get to granville island and provided clear directions to the nearest grocery store.

the lack of available parking was very inconvenient i was not told to ask for it. i paid for event parking and was instructed to return by 12 am to reload and pay for overnight parking but it required a credit card and i did not have mine.

the location was really convenient for getting around. checking in was easy and quick, i got my keys right away. my room had a small fridge i used for drinks and snacks. housekeeping kept everything tidy .

the shared bathroom situation was a little awkward, especially with some guests not flipping the occupied sign.

decent stay with some minor issues

the location was great. everything i needed was within walking distance, and public transport was close. the staff was also lovely and very helpful . they answered all my questions and always seemed happy to help! they even allowed me to store my luggage after i checked out

the rooms are not soundproof. i could hear people talking in the hallways, a bit disruptive. the gap under the door let in light, so the room never got completely dark. curtains were tiny, letting street lights illuminate the room.

The room had some cleanliness issues, and it bothered me. The floor seemed like it had not been cleaned well. the air conditioning unit was really noisy, hard for sleep.
