the gym features up-to-date equipment. there is a steam room and a sauna available. the pool offers a full restaurant menu with service. the soundproofing was effective despite the hotel's location near a lively area.
the room design felt somewhat dated.

the pool area included ample sunbeds. the bar and restaurant offered an excellent variety of food. the hotel laundry service provided great value for the cost.
the room doors did not fit well, so noise from the hallway was audible.

I found the staff super helpful and kind. They speak good english and reception makes everyone feel super welcome. My room was super clean and the bed very comfortable, so it was easy to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with easy walking distance to Banzan Market. I enjoyed proximity to Jeung Ceylon shopping mall and Bangla Road nightlife. The beach is close too.

The staff was excellent, very friendly and very helpful always. The staff were really nice too assist me and the service was really good. Anna at reception recognizes everyone and makes them feel welcome always.

The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool. There is a very well-equipped gym and also a very nice restaurant. The downstairs restaurant had great food options.
