dirty handrailssofa stains
the handrails up to the first floor were dirty i noticed stains on the sofa bed. there was only half a toilet roll in the toilet i located a maintenance man late at night he left a new roll outside the door. i woke up to it this was not ideal

the location was quite good. you have a sea view if you squint and look through the trees. i liked that they could accommodate my disabled friend, too. reception staff were wonderful as they organised a late check out for me.
i didn't like driving two and a half hours to the hotel. i was hoping to get our room, confirmed by yourselves. i found the hotel was closed and had changed hands only two days before our arrival! i even had an email the day before i arrived, asking what time i would be arriving at the hotel.

The hotel's location impressed me. It was a short walk to both the beach and the local attractions. The room was clean, and the bed provided good comfort . I found parking outside with relative ease, a definite plus. I was grateful for the friendly and helpful attitude I experienced..
There was a slight delay getting the room ready, requiring a wait upon arrival.

the location was a real winner for me! it was easy to get around and see everything. the staff were always available, providing prompt assistance. plus, the room was a good size and had all the basics i needed.
i had to carry my luggage up the stairs.

The breakfast area included a selection of cereals, pastries, and fruit. It provided a good start to the day. coffee and tea were available all day, a very convenient perk . fresh milk was also provided.

The family room had ample space and included a seating area with a sofa and armchairs. It was perfect. the bathroom had a powerful shower and provided complimentary toiletries. extra pillows were available upon request.
