The hotel location is near Galata Tower. It is in the middle of a busy shopping street. The staff were really good and always available (and very helpful). I found them to be very friendly.
The hotel lacks an elevator. I found this unfortunate since the view is nice from higher floors. I also noticed that , the free wine mentioned on Hotels.com was not provided by the hotel (though I am unsure whose fault this was).

The location is amazing. It is just a short walk to the galata tower. the staff provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants, something i appreciated. the on-site coffee shop offered a convenient spot for morning coffee.
the absence of an elevator meant navigating stairs to reach my room, a bit inconvenient. it would have been good to know this beforehand. the room was on the fourth floor.

The staff were helpful, doing their best to make guests feel looked after.
The hotel lacked an elevator. My room was on the fourth floor. The room size was small, and there was limited space for clothing storage. Loudspeaker noise from a nearby mosque was VERY disruptive each morning.

The hotel is near the galata tower (i mean, seriously close!). a short walk got me to the metro and funicular. Made getting around super easy. the room included a minibar, and it was totally free. inside, i found two bottles of water, two colas, and two fanta cans. fresh fruit and nuts with tea were also there.
the bedding wasn't super great.

the hotel is very centrally located near galata tower. my room was quite spacious and had all the essentials (it even had a small seating area). i was grateful for the staff's attentiveness, especially murat and ismail (. the hotel provides helpful assistance before arrival, which i found reassuring.
the lack of an elevator was a minor inconvenience, especially with luggage.

The hotel is near the Galata Tower, that's great. Gift shops and cafes are located on the same street, it's very handy. The staff was helpful and gave restaurant recommendations. This assistance was invaluable.
The hotel did not have an elevator. Carrying luggage to the upper floors was difficult.

the hotel lacked an elevator, and my room was on the fourth floor (it was quite a climb). the room felt small. i had difficulty finding space for my clothes, and there were no hooks for coats.
