The hotel is near the Galata Tower, that's great. Gift shops and cafes are located on the same street, it's very handy. The staff was helpful and gave restaurant recommendations. This assistance was invaluable.
Carrying luggage to the upper floors was difficult.

The staff assisted us with information and multiple bookings. They were excellent and always ready to help. ONE staff member, Erkan, helped with everything.

the location was very convenient, a short walk to the galata tower. i found many restaurants and shops nearby. the staff members, ismail and murat, were helpful, ensuring i had what i needed.
the room felt small. i had difficulty finding space for my clothes, and there were no hooks for coats.
