the location is excellent. the room included free water and instant coffee (a very nice touch). the bed was particularly comfortable and the bathroom was super clean. i found the automatic blinds to be a beneficial addition.
the street noise at night was noticeable (even with windows closed).

The location is amazing especially for shopping. it is so close to gran via metro station and buses. lots of restaurants surround the area. the staff was friendly and helpful. Communication before arrival was great.
the room was right next to reception, so it could get quite noisy at times

the room included a mini fridge. it contained free water bottles plus instant coffee and tea. there was a water boiler too. the bathroom had a rain shower.

the staff communicated throughout our stay. they were friendly. they were available via whatsapp to give assistance about accessing the hotel. i appreciated their quick responses.

The location was acceptable, and there were many stores and cafes nearby.
My room faced the street and it got noisy during the night. I was annoyed by the constant noise. The insulation in the room was inadequate. I would NOT stay here again.
