i really liked the readiness of the staff, especially hassan. he was always there to assist us. the cleaning service was thorough. the hotel location was central! i appreciated that the staff let us keep our belongings before check-in and after check-out.
The room was smaller than expected. It was a slight inconvenience but nothing major. the bathroom door did not fully open because it bumped into the bed.

the hotel offers complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby area throughout the day. umbrellas are available for guest use during rainy weather. there is also a small library with books in multiple languages.

the staff helped with luggage. free umbrellas were provided during snowy weather. the hotel is near main tourist spots. it is also close to many places to eat.
i saw a cockroach twice in my room. there was only one inconveniently located socket. i heard weird scratchy noises from the ceiling all night. breakfast seemed not worth the cost of 8 euro.

the staff were helpful and kind! they allowed me to keep my bags at the reception after i checked out. the hotel is located near various restaurants and public transportation options.
i noticed a cockroach in my room, twice. also, the soundproofing was not effective. i could hear everything my neighbors were doing and saying, even people outside, a real nuisance!

The room was tiny. i mean, the bathroom door couldn't even open all the way because it would hit the bed! getting our suitcases open each day was a struggle. this room is really meant for one person and a single bed. It's definitely not suited for a couple (this frustrated me a lot).

The staff were attentive and helpful. my room was big enough. It had a proper table, chairs, and a sofa. the air conditioning in the room worked well, and hot water was available 24/7.
the breakfast was very simple, the same every day. i could have asked for it to be brought to my room, but they forgot to bring it. there was too much noise from the staircase, doors, and people talking loudly in the corridor.

The ceiling had a pretty bad water leak after rain i moved to another room. The faucet completely came off and water was going everywhere
