The staff was very polite and helpful! Rooms and toilets were very clean. Vending machines and a currency exchange machine were available in the lobby. I highly recommend this place.
The room was small and only suitable for a single person. It reminded me of a motor home. I think 'not enough room to swing a cat' comes to mind, though the hotel itself was good.

Excellent stay near Shimbashi

I appreciated that the hotel was in a quiet residential area. It was near several train stations making travel easy. The free refreshments available all day were an unexpected bonus. the location made exploring easy
the room, while functional, felt a little small. It was challenging to move around comfortably with a baby wagon.

mixed feelings about the stay

acceptable locationweird smellworn facilities
the location was acceptable, with convenience stores and cafes within walking distance.
The room, a small double room non smoking, reeked of a weird smell, even after the front desk staff's kind help, a change of room didn't entirely solve the problem. Pillows also shared that same off-putting scent. the facilities in the room showed wear and tear. It made me wonder how this place got an 8 rating.
