basic stay with minor issues
bathroom neglectnoisy air conditioning
The bathroom showed signs of neglect. I noted some wear and tear. also, the air conditioning unit proved rather noisy. i found it difficult to get a good night's sleep because of this consistent hum. these issues detracted from the otherwise adequate experience at this hotel.

The gift shop had many Route 66 souvenirs, and I bought some nice magnets. The staff was very friendly and also helpful . The pool looked very clean. It was such a nice addition to the motel.
The air conditioner made a slightly loud noise at night.

i appreciated the connection to route 66. it is apparent they have kept that connection going. the facility is well kept and the staff were great. checking in was easy.
i found some mold in multiple spots in the shower. it was also in the bathroom. i think it should be removed , because that is a no go.

I liked that the staff was friendly at all times. the beautiful queen room was spacious and clean. i enjoyed the convenient parking near the wigwam. the hotel overall was well maintained. This contributed positively to my stay.
the room had only two pillows, a little less than i prefer. i was able to manage, but extra pillows would have been better.

there was no coffee maker in the room. guests can buy coffee in the office during service hours, so that helps with a morning coffee fix to start your day.

the pool looked clean and provided a recreational option. the parking space beside the wigwam was really useful, and it made loading and unloading luggage very easy for us.

I appreciated the friendly desk service. They had a list of nearby restaurants. mitla cafe was a suggestion and had great parking. the gift shop at the front desk was cool (i got a nice magnet). coffee was also available in the morning.
The pillows were limited. I only had two.
