i found the staff accommodating. they readily provided a microwave for my use and a kettle for the room. the bed was supremely comfortable, and the tv, equipped with netflix and youtube, proved to be a wonderful amenity. i liked the clean bathroom and hot shower. the full-length mirror and spacious wardrobe were practical additions. a desk with a chair served me well.
