Breakfast had a decent selection and good service.

The room had issues . The air conditioning was not functioning upon arrival and required contacting reception for activation. This setup was inconvenient and not clearly explained upon check-in. I found the street noise quite disruptive at night making sleep difficult even with the windows closed.

The location proved convenient. It was just a short walk to the main pedestrian area (I particularly enjoyed this proximity). Breakfast offered a good variety and set me up nicely for the day.

The air conditioning did not work, so I had to open the window at night. The street was very noisy. The room wasn't cleaned every day, so the bins became full (a minor inconvenience, admittedly).
