The front desk staff were super friendly. the breakfast had a wide variety of local options. I loved that they offered regional specialities.

The shower had weak water pressure. It was a minor inconvenience.

really good staff high quality

i found the staff uniformly really good, really friendly, professional and hospitable. breakfast was delicious, with a good selection and high quality food. the location was ideal, it's just off place graslin. the bed was very comfortable too.

the available storage for clothes was minimal, i noted a lack of hanging space and no drawers. i imagine the setup is primarily for short or business stays.

Fantastic Stay, Great Service!

I found the staff helpful, offering superb advice on local attractions and transport. They were pretty good to. The location proved convenient, allowing quick access to various restaurants and sites. Breakfast was a good experience, with an excellent selection, enough to last until a late lunch. I also had no problem with bicycle storage. It was secure and easy to access.

The bathroom exhaust fan seemed ineffective. It didn't remove humidity well after showers, leaving the space a bit damp.

The en-suite bedroom featured good space and comfort. It was very clean. The room had practical storage. It included a closet and a small set of drawers for my belongings. A cozy sitting area with a table and chairs was also present.

The reception operated 24 hours, and I found staff fluent in English. The team provided useful directions and maps. They offered help promptly. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy.

My recent visit had some issues. The room I stayed in felt quite cramped. It was also too warm. The small fan didn't help much. The lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable (especially during warmer days).

central location friendly staff railway station

I found the location convenient. It was close to city restaurants and the river. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing assistance when needed. it was a short walk from the railway station too, made traveling easy.
