a stay near the tower, some issues persist
urine smellnon-functioning aircon
i found some aspects disappointing. the blanket in the room felt old. the bathroom had a noticeable urine smell that was unpleasant, especially when the door was slightly opened. the air conditioning wasn't working well, and i was told to just open a window instead.

i saw THE Leaning Tower from my room window, a very short walk away. The staff quickly addressed my needs regarding arrival time. The location was excellent, close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast offered a sufficient start to my day, and i especially appreciated the fast wifi throughout the hotel.
The room decor felt a little dated, though it was clean and functional.

The location was a short walk to the leaning tower. My room included air conditioning. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful.
The hotel seemed dated. I saw dead bugs on the floor in my room. There was no coffee or tea provided in the room.

The location allowed tower views directly from the room. Nearby, restaurants and shops were easily accessible. The staff displayed a very friendly and accommodating attitude.
Rooms have old furniture , and I saw dirty windows. The bed was like a cheap IKEA bed. The slats underneath the mattress were worn.
