cold room poor soundproofing
The room temperature was not great. It was quite cold. they did provide extra blankets, but it didn't fully solve the problem. also, the soundproofing wasn't the best. you could hear a lot of noise from other parts of the building. it impacted my sleep a bit.

EXCELLENT stay!
great location spacious dorm helpful staff safe environment
The location was Very nice! I found the reception staff very cute and helpful. They provided useful pointers for local attractions. The dorm I stayed in was spacious, and it included lots of bathrooms which was GREAT. I also loved the security at the door. It.
The bar being close to the rooms made it slightly difficult to sleep at times.

The hostel boasts an EXCELLENT location, placing it within easy reach of the main square (it's SO close!). Reaching the plaza is easy. It is super easy to arrive too!

The attached restaurant offered AMAZING food. I especially enjoyed their sandwiches. The restaurant also serves cocktails. This place had everything I needed and MORE (I love cocktails!).

good-sized bed private bathroom room tv loud music unprinted charges bar noise
i stayed in a private room. the room had a good-sized bed and a tv. i also liked that the room included a private bathroom.
the noise at night was bad. music from the bar was very loud. the staff did not print the charges during checkout.

helpful staff clean bathrooms ensuite room full room warm room loud party
the staff were helpful at reception. christopher gave me pointers on the walking route. the bathrooms consistently was super clean and appreciated this. the room was clean, i stayed in a 4 bed dorm with en-suite.
i didnt get the room i booked because they was full. i wanted a room with a high ceiling. the room ended up being very warm at the beginning. it was very loud from the party till 1am.

lovely staff clean bathroom great location
the staff was lovely especially osfer giuseppe valentina and jair i really enjoyed the room the location was great the bathrooms are clean the beds are good they have nice facilities cristofer from the reception carried my luggage and checked on me
the water pressure could be stronger sometimes the water wasn't that warm

Fantastic Stay with a Helpful Staff!
large room private bathroom great location daily activities
The large private room included a bathroom. The location is great, near the main square. The staff members Elvira and Liz offered helpful assistance. I found many activities available each day. I appreciate that.
The music from the bar made it hard to sleep. Even with earplugs it was a bit noisy!
